Faster code.
Same old problems.
Most engineering teams have coding agents now, and code has never been faster to write. Projects still go wrong the way they always have: a requirement nobody questioned, a design that looked fine on the whiteboard, and two services that disagree about one field. Faster code only reaches those problems sooner.
Tavaci Consulting practices agent-directed engineering, a process built to keep those problems from forming, and to resolve the ones that do while they are still a line in a spec.
It has held up in production. A billing and token service, an entitlements service and a container platform migration have come through this process. Each came up fully functional on its first release to production and has never needed a hotfix to correct an error.
Starting from the architecture, Tavaci designs and builds new or rebuilt software platforms, products and services.
Engagements are embedded with a client’s team, in whatever mix the work needs. Sometimes Tavaci builds the system directly, with agents carrying the implementation. Other times the client’s engineers build against Tavaci’s designs, or learn to work this way themselves, coached as they go. One engagement can combine all three.
Whatever the mix, the design has one owner, every stage gets the same review whoever did the work, and Tavaci stays with the system after release. What the running system teaches goes back into the next round of design.
Tavaci also coaches teams that want to run agent-directed engineering themselves.
The process rests on more than thirty years of systems work, from dealership billing to spend enforcement for AI agents.
